Seven quiet paths into therapy, each one slow, thoughtful, and built around the person across the table.
If you are unsure where to start, that is normal, and exactly what an evaluation is for. You do not need a diagnosis to begin therapy. You only need a willingness to sit and talk.
Some people arrive knowing exactly what they want to work on. Others arrive carrying a vague sense that something is heavier than it should be. Both are good reasons to come. Our role is to listen carefully and recommend the kind of therapy most likely to meet you well, then to walk that path with you at the pace you set.
Each of the therapies below is described briefly, with a link to a longer page. Read what resonates, and feel free to call or write before deciding. There is no pressure to commit to anything before you are ready.
Every session at The Hearing Touch is private, unhurried and shaped to what you actually need.
The first conversation. A careful, unhurried hour, designed to listen and to recommend a path that fits.

Therapy is not waiting for a breakdown. It is also for people who are doing fine, and want to know themselves better.
