    Relationship and Couples Therapy

    An overview.

    First session from Rs 1000

A neutral room for two people who have lost the easy version of speaking to each other. The work is about being heard, and then about hearing.

Relationship and couples therapy creates a calm, neutral space where two people can be heard, understand each other, and rediscover what brought them together. Sessions focus on communication patterns, conflict resolution, intimacy, trust and the practical tools couples can use between sessions.

Most couples arrive having had the same argument many times. The therapy is not about that argument. It is about the way that argument tends to start, the moment it shifts gears, and the place it keeps landing. Once those become visible, the argument loses some of its power.

A relationship is only as steady as the conversations it can sustain.

Couples therapy is not exclusively for relationships in trouble. Many couples come simply to maintain the relationship well, the way one might service something one cares about. There is no waiting until things break.

Duration 60 to 90 minutes Format Both partners, together Outcome Better conversations, at home
    How a session unfolds

A quiet rhythm, not a rigid plan.

Therapy is not procedural. These are the four movements you can expect, each one shaped around you.

    01

    Each side, fully.

Both partners get uninterrupted space to say where they are. No interruptions, no commentary.

    02

    Map the cycle.

Most couples have a particular loop the arguments fall into. We draw it together, plainly.

    03

    Practise small things.

Specific phrases, pauses, and signals to use at home when the loop starts again.

    04

    Rebuild the warmth.

Conflict gets the attention, but the connection needs care too. We make room for both.

    Common questions

A few things people often ask.

Can one of us come alone first?

Yes. Individual sessions are sometimes a useful start, especially when one partner is more ready than the other.

What if we are considering separating?

Therapy supports honest decisions in either direction. The aim is not to keep a relationship together at any cost, but to help both people see clearly.

    Will you take sides?

No. The work depends on both people trusting the room to be fair.

How long do couples usually stay?

Often a few months. Sometimes longer for older patterns. Always reviewed together.

    A note

Small, daily tools, used consistently, change everything.
